Commercial and Residential Appraisals

Determines the value of a property or the extent of damage for insurance purposes. In both commercial and residential settings, we provide an unbiased, professional opinion on property values, supporting insurance companies and policyholders in resolving claims accurately.

Umpire

We offer a balanced, impartial and FINAL decision on the amount owed for an insurance claim.

Building Consultant

Assists with property claims, particularly those related to building damage or loss. Involves evaluating the extent of damage, estimating repair or rebuilding costs, and ensuring that insurance claims are accurate and fair.

Building Consultant

In the event of damage, we calculate the cost of repairs or replacement and ensure the property owner receives a fair insurance settlement. We can also review policy terms to ensure that the valuation aligns with the coverage. In both commercial and residential settings, we provide an unbiased, professional opinion on property values, supporting insurance companies and policyholders in resolving claims accurately.

An Alternative Dispute Resolution, we resolve disagreements between the Carrier and Policyholder when there is a conflict over the amount of loss. When independent appraisers are unable to reach an agreement, we step in as a neutral third party to make a binding decision. By reviewing both sides of the dispute, we apply expertise in insurance claims, property valuation, and construction to ensure a fair and impartial resolution to complex claims. Our role is to facilitate a balanced outcome and help both parties reach a final, equitable decision.

Umpire

In 2024 he was selected by a county court judge to umpire over an appraisal in an Oklahoma ISD claim with 27 buildings

In 2022, he was hired directly by a Florida insurance carrier to work inside their office as a consultant on 450 pre-litigation claims from Hurricane Irma. Reported directly to the VP of claims.

Since 2018, has worked as a Commercial General Adjuster at ABERCROMBIE SIMMONS & GILLETTE

Since 2018, has been an Umpire and Appraiser for Civil Logistics LLC
